At Mitzi Lighting, we want you to love your glow. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Carefully pack your lighting fixtures in their original manufacturer's box with all internal protective padding and hardware included.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of the carton, ensuring any old labels are covered.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
